Refund policy
Custom Pop will only accept return on non customized goods for a period of 14 days from date of purpose. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We regret to inform you that we cannot allow returns on customized pieces unless there is a factory defect.
Custom Orders & Phone Case Policy
All mobile phone cases are made to order and customized specifically for each customer’s selected phone model and design.
Please ensure that the correct phone model is selected before completing your purchase, as customized phone cases cannot be refunded or exchanged for incorrect sizing or model selection.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom phone cases unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and your order number, and we will gladly assist you.
